linda@alexandermktg.com Harbor Group International, LLC (HGI), announced today that an affiliate of the Company has acquired the 217-unit CityView Apartments in West Palm Beach, Florida for $12.8 million from Florida Atlantic Investments, Inc., a division of Florida Crystals. HGI plans to invest an additional $1.45 million into improvements at the property. read more
