The Hodgdon Group, a full-service brokerage, development, construction and project management company, announced today that that it has completed construction of the conversion of the former Sports Authority building in Folsom, Calif., for the opening of an Ashley Furniture HomeStore on August 23, 2013. Hodgdon Group's HMC Construction, Inc. handled all entitlements and served as the design-build contractor for the major renovation of the 32,000-square-foot freestanding building located in Broadstone Plaza at 2799 East Bidwell Street in the City of Folsom.
