Darcie Giacchetto Stan Johnson Company recently closed a $24,100,000 sale of a two million-square-foot industrial portfolio located on 80 acres in Columbus, Ohio. The portfolio included 1.1 million square feet at Southfield Park and 800,000 square feet at Fisher Industrial Park in Columbus. Jackie Baker and Lindsey Scully, of Stan Johnson Company's Los Angeles office, represented the buyer, a California-based private investor, and the seller, MS South LLC, in the transaction.
