Through PRIME® Partnership Response in Manufacturing Education, SME Education Foundation is creating partnerships between organizations, businesses, and exemplary schools to provide comprehensive, community-based approach to manufacturing education. Model schools funded by PRIME offer STEM-based curriculum that helps prepare young people for highly skilled, good-paying jobs in demand by manufacturers. Eleven PRIME schools were added to 2013-2014 school year, for total of 26 throughout U.S.
