PRO-TEC Coating company president to retire

TEC Coating Company, a 50/50 joint venture between United States Steel Corporation and Kobe Steel, Ltd., of Japan, announced today that its president, Bryan Vaughn, has elected to retire effective June 1, 2015 after 34 years of service in the steel industry. Brent Rosebrook, who most recently served as vice president of finance and administration at PRO-TEC, has been named acting president effective June 1. "Under Bryan's leadership, PRO-TEC has completed the installation of the Continuous Annealing Line, an achievement that has set the stage for the next generation of Advanced High Strength Steels," said Jim Bruno, U. S. Steel senior vice president - automotive solutions and U.S. Steel Senior Management Committee Member for PRO-TEC.
