Industrial Careers Pathway® initiative is taking major steps to ensure next generation of employees considers a career in industrial distribution. In 2015, ICP connected with close to 12,500 students through career fairs and local events and reached close to 3 million 16-24 year olds through social media promotions. To help continue the momentum, 53 organizations and individuals have funded PTDA Foundation’s Vanguard Campaign, making contributions of over $183,000 to kick-off the 2016 Fund Drive.
