Designed for volumes up to 700 ft³, Nefab ExPak XL can be assembled and dismantled without nails. Packaging is held together with flexible sprung steel clamps, which are mounted without tools in pre-cut grooves. Side panels, using profile that is pressed into lower edge, can be mounted horizontally onto base profile or angled inwards up to 60°. Made of 8–12 mm thick birch or pine plywood, packaging is compact when collapsed for storage and can be used with most types of pallets.
