LOWER SWATARA TOWNSHIP -A Middletown woman who worked for Piedmont Airlines is accused of stealing checks from the business and then got her niece to cash them in her name police said. China Lee Scott, 44, and Charda Warren, 29, of Harrisburg, are each charged with access device fraud.
