Palm Beach County lifts land restriction for United Technologies Corp.

Palm Beach County commissioners voted unanimously to lift a land-use restriction for United Technologies Corporation to build a regional headquarters on a site off Interstate 95 and Donald Ross Road. UTC wants to build a 250,000-square-foot facility in Palm Beach Gardens, but the land was slated only for biotech companies.
