Parents, teachers urge delay of Common Core

Dozens of parents and educators joined a growing call for New York state to put the brakes on the widely criticized Common Core learning standards Thursday and urged state lawmakers from Rockland County to reject what some have called the state's "one-size-fits-all" approach to education reform.
