Parking lots, road closed in Tualatin as river rises - Friday, 11 December 2015 14:42

High water on the Tualatin River prompted the city of Tualatin to close Southwest Nyberg Lane and two public parking lots to traffic early Friday. The river reached a flood stage exceeding the National Weather Service's predictions in the Farmington area, several miles upriver from Tualatin.
