Featuring 24 in. wide by 24 in. tall wash zone on chain mesh belt conveyor, CBW 2424H offers adjustable belt flow from 2–20 fpm on continuous pass through basis. There are 80 nozzles placed over 8 spray bars overhead and 8 spray bars under top plane of belt for maximum coverage. For 360° coverage, same spray bars provide side spray. Cabinet of 12-Gauge powder coated steel as standard, and 10 hp vertical centrifugal pump with 450 gal tank reservoir produces pressures to 65 psi.
