Patrick Cudahy LLC, which makes deli meat and bacon, has earned approval to start building a $12.1 million expansion to a meat processing facility in Cudahy. Patrick Cudahy LLC , the Cudahy-based manufacturer of deli meats and bacon, has received approval to start building a $12.1 million, 16,500-square-foot addition to a meat processing plant it built in 2011.
