Patrick Cudahy plans local expansion to modernize bacon production

Patrick Cudahy LLC is planning a $12.1 million addition to its Cudahy plant on land where part of its facility burned in a fire in 2009. The company is proposing a 16,500-square-foot addition to its meat processing plant, said president and chief operating officer Bill Otis .
