Patrick Cudahy to expand production again this year

Patrick Cudahy LLC is adding another expansion onto its Cudahy facility, after kicking off a $12 million project in April. The Cudahy-based pork processing and hog producing company announced Thursday it broke ground on an expansion to add 12,500 square feet to its existing facility, which will make room for four new smokehouses and two dry rooms.
