Pernod Ricard takes majority stake in Black Forest Distillers' Monkey 47

Pernod Ricard has agreed to take majority control of German dry-gin brand Monkey 47, from owners Black Forest Distillers. The deal, for an undisclosed sum, was signed yesterday in Berlin and is subject to regulatory approval, Pernod said today.
