Perry Ellis sends open letter to shareholders, adds directors

Perry Ellis International issued an open letter to its shareholders on Tuesday to talk about the coming year and to announce a few director additions to its board. The Miami-based clothing retailer said it added Jane DeFlorio , a seasoned investment banker and former managing director int he U.S. retail and consumer group at Deutsche Bank Securities to its board of directors.
