Gov. Rick Perry is scheduled to be on hand as representatives of a Fujifilm division announce details of its acquisition of a large stake in a biotechnology firm founded by Texas A&M University. Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies is to announce details Thursday in College Station of its new stake in Kalon Biotherapeutics.
