Phase locked at 3,450 MHz to external 10 MHz reference oscillator, SFS3450C Fixed Frequency Synthesizer features typical phase noise of  -91 and -104 dBc/Hz at 1kHz and 10kHz offsets, respectively. Pre-programmed S-band device delivers typical output power of +2 dBm while operating off VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc and drawing 25 mA. Housed in 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.22 in. PLL-V12C package, RoHS-compliant synthesizer features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -15 dBc and spurious suppression of -65 dBc.
