Daily Star: The Negros Occidental Sangguniang Panlalawigan yesterday approved the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Sovereign Green Global Australia Ltd. and the provincial government for the implementation of Clean Development Mechanism programs in the province, Board Member Patrick Lacson said yesterday.
