Phoenix kidnapper arrested, deported from Ju rez

A convicted kidnapper from Phoenix on the run for five years was arrested and deported from Juarez on Monday afternoon, the U.S. Marshals Service said Tuesday. Mexican authorities arrested Isaias Chavarria on an immigration charge and handed him to the U.S. Marshal's Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in the middle of the Stanton Street international bridge, officials said.
