With 2 x 7 ft footprint, MASTERPIPE® Mini Profiler can cut and profile pipe up to 4 ft long with OD of 1–8 in. Combination of Windows PC running Torchmate® Driver Software, with Torchmate Pro-SERIES® CNC controller provides effective cutting on X-Y tables. Software accepts G-code generated by design software and sends it to controller. This action activates stepper motors, providing smooth torch carriage motion through pairing of direct gear-drive and self-cleaning V-rail and V-roller system.
