Plans for Cypress Creek shopping center include organic grocery

National shopping center developer Regency Centers is planning a 13-store, 240,000-square-foot plaza at Cypress Creek Town Center in central Pasco. The center, at the northeast corner of State Road 56 and Wesley Chapel Boulevard in Lutz, would include a 28,000-square-foot organic grocery store, according to an October site plan illustration circulated within the retail industry.
