Calcutta, May 22: ArcelorMittal has inked a pact with Steel Authority of India Ltd for an automotive steel plant in the country, the latest attempt by the world's largest steel maker to get a toehold in the domestic market. The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding in London today to form a joint venture company to build the plant.
