Plant's air pollution permit faces changes

   SP Fiber Technologies Northwest will see some changes in the Department of Environmental Quality permit that allows it to operate its plant in Newberg and the DEQ is seeking input from local residents.    Formally known as the Oregon Title V Operating Permit, the document is renewed every four years and regulates the emissions of pollutants by the plant.
