Corrosion-resistant and leak-free, Conductive Plastic Bipolar Plate will be developed into lightweight, moldable battery. Plate is made using molding process, enabling creation of assembly interfaces that are suitable for multiple sealing solutions which vary from sonic/vibe welding to integrated seals compatible with battery environments. Polymer-based structure allows ease of handling and assembly as well as resistance to stresses in battery environment.
