Delivering first shot repeatability, Nano-Piston Pump can dispense dots of conductive adhesive down to 100 µm and solder paste for 01005s. Precision nozzles and pistons, which provide continuous and accurate dispense results, are interchangeable to meet any small shot requirements. For larger dots, multiple small shots may be combined into one. Continuous bead dispensing is performed by cycling pump at high frequency and moving gantry in desired pattern.
