The death of popular Alex Todd-Weller may have been prevented had police responded correctly to a call from a concerned passer-by, the Citizen can exclusively reveal. It is understood the caller contacted police shortly after the last official sighting of Alex to report a young man wearing a dark hoodie slumped on the ground outside Topps Tiles store at Bletchley.
