Police looking for alleged contract-work scammer

A Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted an area man for allegedly scamming elderly individuals out of nearly $50,000. Worthington police say Adolfo Castaneda agreed to do repair work for 14 individuals, including 11 elderly and one disabled victim, and never performed any of the work.
