The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is accepting comments through 5 pm Tuesday, Aug. 4 on an application from Hayden Homes for Clean Water Act permitting of discharges of construction-related stormwater pollution from Phase 1 of Rolling Meadows , a 39-lot residential development located at 10th Avenue and Oklea Drive in Junction City.
