US - As expected, February proved to be a tough month for US pork exports – and that was before Russia and China imploded over alleged concerns about ractopamine residues. To say the least, the February data do not provide a good place to go in to a crisis, writes Steve Meyer in his weekly Market Preview as published in National Hog Farmer magazine.
