Pork demand remains strong

Jarrod Sutton, the NPB’s vice president of domestic marketing, says “Demand for protein remains strong. Red meat and poultry production is projected to grow over the next three years — by 6.6% for beef, by 9% for poultry and by 12.3% for pork, starting with projections that 2017 will be a record year for pork production.”
