United Press International: A leading government watchdog says the transition of U.S. President Barack Obama's re-election team into an advocacy group to promote his agenda "just smells."
Obama for America, which has become Organizing for Action, is trying to raise $50 million from a small group of elite donors, The New York Times reported Saturday.
