Post to acquire pasta maker Dakota Growers from Glencore

Post Holdings, the parent of Post Foods and a manufacturer of ready-to-eat cereals, has entered into an agreement to acquire Dakota Growers Pasta from Viterra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Glencore Xstrata, in an all-cash deal valued at $370m.
