Sealed when unmated high amperage power jack is rated to IP68/NEMA 250 6P even when not mated to sealed plug. While dust caps are available to prevent debris from collecting in jack when not in use, metal housing provides reliability in diverse environments. Jack, which carries up to 13 A current and is rated for up to 24 V AC/DC, can be used with S10 style plugs (sealed and non-sealed). Plug locking versions are available to keep plugs connected to jack.
