Offered in SOT-23 and 2 X 2 mm DFN packages, MCP14A005X and MCP14A015X feature driver architecture for high speed operation; fast transitions and short delay times allow responsive circuit operation. Low input threshold is compatible with Microchip PIC® MCUs and dsPIC® Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) while maintaining noise immunity and hysteresis. Users can design applications with MCUs operating as low as 2.0 V, using driver to boost output signal to 18 V, reducing power/conduction loss.
