Skyworks offers a high-efficiency RF front-end power management IC designed for the SkyBlue™ System, and for APT RF power amplifier (PA) applications in portable battery powered devices such as smartphones, tablets, and eBook readers. The SKY87020-12 provides a 4.5 V bias supply for RF PA operation that can supply load up to 3 mA and is available whenever the device is enabled. The VIN supply is bypassed to the 4V5 output when the device is disabled.
