Available in 7 x 7 mm TQFN-56 package, Model P8300 features dual (3.3 V/5 V and 12 V) inputs that support PCIe, SATA, and SAS interfaces for multiple form factors and applications. Programmable device integrates 35 V-compliant power backup system for mission-critical data center applications; buck-boost regulator for power back up systems; and 6 buck regulators, 2 of which can act as buck controllers to driver external FETs for higher power applications.
