Supporting 10–80 V input range, 4 A Model ISL8216M offers flexible solution for 12, 24, 36, and 48 V applications, including high voltage embedded board controllers. Non-isolated DC/DC step-down power module features output regulation of ±1% over -40 to +85°C ambient range and programmable switching frequency of 200–600 kHz. Housed in thermally enhanced 15 x 15 x 3.6 mm over-molded HDA package, module includes over-current, over-/under-voltage, and over-temperature shutdown.
