Featuring symmetrical boost stage, flowBOOST4w Modules are designed for UPS and other 3-phase PFC applications with power ratings from 100–200 kVA and switching frequencies from 8–20 kHz. Onboard capacitors prevent destructive turn-off voltage overshooting, while optional snubber diode and low inductive interface support switching loss regeneration. To ensure reliable protection for module, integrated NTC sensor provides temperature signal. Both 400 and 600 A versions are available.
