The Wall Street Journal reported Saturday that Warren Buffett 's company is close to buying Portland's Precision Castparts Corp. The move for the aerospace company could mean the loss of a Fortune 500 headquarters for Oregon. The state counts just two other such corporate giants: Nike Inc. and Lithia Motors .
