Precision Source/Measure Units (SMUs) of B2900A Series support software options that provide users access to expanded capabilities. These options support basic voltage and current sourcing up through full characterization using intuitive GUI. Specific options include EasyEXPERT group+ for IV parametric characterization, BenchVue for benchtop integration with instruments, Quick I/V Measurement for facilitated measurement setup and execution on Windows-based PC, and graphical Web interface.
