Along with respective power ratings of 0.375 and 0.675 W, 0603 and 0805 case size resistors of PHP series offer absolute TCR of ±25 ppm/°C and tolerances down to ±0.1% over -55 to +125°C range. Products exhibit stable film and performance characteristics of 1,000 ppm at +70 °C for 2,000 hr. In addition to high-purity ceramic substrate, devices have enlarged backside terminations that reduce thermal resistance between topside resistor layer and solder joint on circuit board.
