A five-year phase-in that would allow for the collection of additional data on the polluted state of Watson Lake will be among the issues under consideration by Prescott City County this week. The council will consider the matter during two Tuesday, Oct. 13, meetings: a 10 a.m. special workshop that will include a presentation on the history of Watson and Willow lakes, as well as a discussion of a proposed settlement agreement between the city and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality ; and the council's regular voting meeting at 3 p.m., during which the proposed settlement agreement will be up for a vote.
