Fashion designer Tamara Mellon is still trying to ditch her pretty 7,000-square-foot penthouse in the Carhart Mansion on 95th Street between Fifth and Madison avenues. After seven months on the market , the Jimmy Choo co-founder has chopped the grand apartment's ask by about 14 percent, down to $29.5 million from $34 million.
