Mold-Masters melt delivery controls are available with Adaptive Process System (APS). Featured technologies include adaptive auto tuning heat control as well as adaptive motor control with auto tuning for maintaining precise linear movement. Features include self-adjusting speed that maintains 0.1F control accuracy; adaptive control low mass – high watt density nozzle; and auto staged heating system. For mold and machine protection, all features utilize fully integrated I/O alarms.
