Operating with Near-Zero™ water consumption, Dual Process Line produces black oxide finish using TRU TEMP® low temperature process, and fine-grained zinc phosphate coating using MICROLOK® MZN process. System consists of 10 tanks with 100-gallon capacity, Near-Zero™ water recycler, and Ion Exchange water purifier. Using common tanks, both blackening and zinc phosphate processes can operate singly or simultaneously and require only one operator.
