Allowing for complete production of urethane encapsulated ceramic shapes, Verkapse™ process can deliver complete assemblies within weeks. Blasch engineers can use any available wear materials, including Oxytron®, Nitron®, Altron®, and Invincer by Blasch RB®, and mold mounting features in urethane, such as flanges. Proprietary silicon carbide based materials can be cast into complex shapes, displaying tight and repeatable tolerances. All exhibit abrasion, thermal, and corrosion resistance.
