Publix developer gets approval for new grocery center in northern Wake County

Publix Super Markets opened its first store for the Triangle region on Oct. 29 at the new Bradford shopping center in Cary at the corner of Davis Drive and High House Road. The Wake Forest town board has approved a developer's request to build a new grocery-anchored shopping center near the Heritage housing development that sources say will be home to the Triangle's next Publix grocery store.
