Purple Cows in Downtown Detroit Promote Fundraiser

Statues of purple cows around downtown Detroit are part of an effort to build awareness for cancer survivors and the American Cancer Society's Cattle Baron's Ball. The Detroit News reports the 13 life-sized cows are on display at locations including Hart Plaza and Campus Martius.
